JOKE-OGRAPHY: 1. This Bible story is about Jesus's arrest. After the Last Supper, He takes His disciples to the Garden of Gethsemane to pray. Here, Judas betrays Jesus and leads a band of guards and priests to arrest Him, take Him to be interrogated by Jewish and Roman authorities, and ultimately put Him to death. Jesus knows what's happening, yet He asks His disciples not to fight, and accepts His fate with solemn grace. 2. In this cartoon, Jesus's lines are lightly paraphrased quotes right from the Bible story. The priest's lines, on the other hand, are original never-before-seen footage of how I assume a priest might react to being called the "power of darkness." In his rant, the priest denies that he's the bad guy, then lists a bunch of obviously evil things he's planning on doing to Jesus, then frames those things as heroic, all the while becoming more and more crazed and fun to draw.

So, did High Priest discuss blowing up Laios’ party into P’o-shan with Dusk or was Dusk just keeping an eye on them and used the explosion of the Big Ugly as a good enough premise to warp them, through P’o-shan, into the Rhodes Island cafeteria? I want to know the logistics here, because both ways work out:

High Priest is a feisty old man bitch, so he maybe wanted to help but get back at them for the whole stew thing anyway, so he talked with Dusk, asked “Can I blow them the hell away with high yield explosives team rocket style into your painted world and then you take them to the cafeteria if they ever come to Rhodes?” and Dusk was like “you know what? Whatever, pop it”.

Or, High Priest, who Knows Things, including things that’ll happen soon, knew Dusk was 1) observing them and 2) willing to help out if the correct circumstance presented itself. So, he blew them the hell up, sent the cockpit flying, and Dusk, seeing this was a chance to ‘naturally’ put them through P’o-shan as means of a high speed portal, did them that favor, as natural as reality warping and portal creation can be; It’s not hard to see Dusk asking Dawn what the hell happened in P’o-shan that they were cooking and eating Bitey Vomit, only for Dawn to explain that Laios figured out the truth behind P’o-shan not through self-actualization or super buddhism, but rather, through cold hard facts and logic based on his vast knowledge of biology and fauna, and applying a bit of anthropology for good measure. Given Dusk’s enjoyment of answers to P’o-shan from people that figure it out, if Dawn’s comment on Laios is anything to go by, she likely found it fascinating, and decided to give them a hand after basically banning them from her server. Which High Priest knew would happen.

Either way, funny of them to casually confirm that Dusk can just play Portal IRL if she wants, the same way they casually confirmed Dusk also can grant people either immortality or a very long lifespan plus the ability to bring their art to life as well, but doesn’t know how and she’s only ever done it accidentally.
