CAOS patriarchy bullshit

Okay dont take this as an attack on the show itself, because I did enjoy the show, and I think it does a really amazing job especially dealing with Theo’s coming out, the impact of Tommy’s death on Harvey, etc., but the fact that this Church of Night is a patriarchal oppressive regime is bullshit. Witches have always been a sisterhood and a female lead space. The fact that it is lead by a man who literally drugs his wives is bullshit. Sorry for the rant but I havent seen any comment on it.

There is no stringent Grading system within this Order . . . I - Brother Hessian -  am its High Priest and their shall be formed an Infernal High Council of Members holding the Title of Infernal Ministers to aid in the evolution of the Order and its Grimoires, beyond this however there are simply Priests and Priestesses and the Neophytes awaiting Initiation. The Unholy Order Of Satan is no ordinary Satanic Circle, it is of the Old School of Infernal Cabals which flourished through Europe in the Old World particularly in France, England, Italy and Spain . . . a Dark and truly Unholy Order dedicated to Satan and His Legion and willing to delve into the most powerful, black and insidious of Demonic Arts. The High Priestesses are going to try and overthrow the High Lords

It's seems kinda of far fetched right? Well in ACOMAF the King of Hybern said that he painted to the idea of the High Priestesses having control over everything to Ianthe and it didn't take much convincing for her to agree. Why? He said the High Lord have been forcing the Priestesses "to their knees for a millennia" and having them do their bidding. I think there tired of it and are planning on overthrowing the High Lords. How? Mind Control perhaps? It seems Ianthe has already started with Tamlin.

Tamlin and Ianthe would have "important business" to discuss and Feyre could come with them. And Tamlin although he was Tooly in ACOTAR didn't become a full out Tool until Ianthe arrived at the Spring Court. So I think if Tamlin doesn't toss Ianthe out on her ass like he should since she was literally "thinking" about overthrowing him he's under her control.

And all of the High Priestesses that are in league with the King of Hybern are going to try and take over certain High Lords territories. That's why Feyre has to decide which High Lords to trust because they could be under the High Priestesses influence.
