Heaviest I've ever been, at 288.2lbs so I need to lose 170.2lbs to reach my goal weight of 118lbs, I can do this, for me; my health, my looks and my wardrobe, follow me and watch me slim.

So heavy I can't believe it, I'm literally heavier than a lot of biggest loser contestants. 288.2lbs so if I really want to get down to 118lbs I need to lose 170.2lbs such a long way to go, but I'm starting to work on it now, I want to lose 10lbs by next week
