Ingredients: 1 cup almond flour. 1/4 cup coconut flour. 1/4 cup collagen protein powder. 1/4 cup ground flaxseed. 1 teaspoon baking powder. 1/2 teaspoon sea salt. 4 large eggs. 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted. 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk. 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar.
Instructions: Set the oven temperature to 175C 350F. Use coconut oil to grease or line a loaf pan with parchment paper. Almond flour, coconut flour, collagen protein powder, ground flaxseed, baking powder, and sea salt should all be combined in a big bowl. Whisk eggs, almond milk, melted coconut oil, and apple cider vinegar in a different bowl. After adding the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, thoroughly mix them together.
