It depicts Himegami, one of the gods enshrined at Nara’s Kasuga Taisha. Because of Shinto and Buddhism syncretism, Himegami has been through the ages associated with both Amaterasu and Eleven-faces Kannon.
The deer is a kami familiar also associated with Kasuga Taisha, a famous depiction is the “Deer Mandala of Kasuga Shrine“:
The wisteria blossoms are a nod to the Fujiwara clan as Kasuga Taisha was their main shrine.

Ive been wondering this for years, literally the entire time ive been in the toaru fandom (what 6 -7 years???) And i really want to know how everything would have went if touma didnt hide his memories being destroyed from everyone?? Touma probably would've left academy city and be cared for by his parents and family right, but would index leave him eventually because he wasn't the 'same touma'?? Or would she have stayed with him out of pity and thinking it is her fault???Himegami would have been killed after style revealed to the alchemist dude (forgot his name [iizard i think?]) that index had been save and she wasn't needed anymore (as she was killed for a moment but touma saved her) Misaka probably would have killed herself to save her 10000 sisters as she was thought it was the only way to stop the sisters experiment and just like
