More work for Hiraethian and his Dying World of Cealla project; something a little fancier this time, for a worldending creature known as the kaigur. Three hundred feet high at the shoulder, these apocalyptic creatures are the ruin of all those unfortunate enough to witness them. Holding the power to end whole civilizations with little more than a thought, near-invincible in their sheer size and power, they’re as shrouded in mystery as they are in the ever-present smoke that leaks from their bodies.
Some quick concept work for Hiraethian and their developing world-setting of Cealla! The terror of Cealla’s wetlands and marshes, the Veidi are amorphous, ever-changing creatures whose bodies are comprised of a fluid, inky substance. Roaming the gloom on all fours when left to their own devices, they manipulate their bodies into whatever shape seems best-suited to panic their (often human) prey... and while they don’t always kill, they gain an understanding of how to mimic their victims while leaving behind a lingering seed that will eventually spawn a new Veidi.
Some quick concept work for Hiraethian@WA and their developing Cealla world setting! Differing little in appearance from regular dogs aside from their larger size, the Riishavin serve as the world’s preferred riding animal; those who have the good fortune of working with them consider them partners as much as mounts, and it’s widely understood that a Rii isn’t likely to do anything they don’t feel appreciated for.
Some quick concept work for Hiraethian@WA and their developing Cealla world setting! As feline in build as it is reptilian, the tiyruuk is an agile and aggressive woodland predator.
