Omg what’s a tea calendar??? It sounds lovely

It's really so lovely! So basically, a lot of tea brands produce advent calendars for December with one bag of tea for each day leading up to Christmas! Most brands don't stock 24 types of tea though, so there's typically some repetition in the type, but it's still really nice to have a "new" tea to look forward to every day :) I have the Pukka one and the one by Clipper, but there are many others available as well! I know the English Tea Shop has some fancy ones.

I know this is probably a random question, but did you enjoy the seventh and eighth books as much as the rest? Personally, I saw a really sharp decline in quality in the seventh book, like it’s the Cursed Child of the Artemis fowl series 😔 I don’t actually have any friends who’ve read the books, so wanted to know what you thought!

I probably love the first five books the most. I understand the things that happen in the sixth, seventh and eighth book (Artemis being confronted with the cold-hearted monster he once was, Artemis having to deal with the toll of his actions on his mental health, Artemis’ character arc coming to a close when he makes the ultimate sacrifice), but it didn’t hit as hard as the ones before. I think a big part of it is that (at least I feel) Holly’s part as her own character and the co-protagonist seemed to diminish when the roads for her to go ran dry. I wish the whole Holly-Mulch-private-detectives-thing had lasted longer, for example. I wouldn’t go as far as to say that the seventh and eighth book are as bad as The Cursed Child for the simple reason that it still had hard-hitting character moments and the characters were not wildly out of character. I think what most disappointed me was just how little the stakes felt like in The Last Guardian. Like, the stakes are so much higher than they were in the first book, but they didn’t feel as monumental as they should have. Also I will FOREVER be salty about Artemis losing Holly’s eye in his whole plot for the endgame, because it was my favourite symbol of both them being soulmates and how far they had come. So yeah, I’d agree that the last books are not as good as the first few, but I honestly think that it is quite a popular opinion.

I’m terrible at hearing what goes together well, but ever since @ihavesomanynotes mentioned the mashup of Jonghyun’s End Of A Day with Taemin’s Hypnosis it is all I can think of, so I’m shamelessly stealing her idea and saying that.

Taemin - this is hard, because I was a taemint before anything else. So, I associate so much with him. Any dance number is obviously a good answer—Everybody, for example. I was also going to say Girls, Girls, Girls 😆 I will go with Married to the Music though

18. What was your first SHINee song?

I got into SHINee in a backwards way. I listened to Taemin first, and first and foremost became a taemint. As Caroline summarized it my journey went Taemin-Key-a little shinee-Onew-Shinee-Jonghyun 😆 My first Taemin song was Into the Rhythm followed by Holy Water, I believe. First SHINee song though was Evil from SHINee World III, I think.

Mia!! I’m on a vixx spree and I wanted to know.. what are some of your favorite live performances by them?

Oof i love this question, okay idk how many tumblr will let me link and vixx rlly are the kings of unique staging and fantastic performances but im gonna talk abt a few of my personal favs here:

firstly THE stage…Wind of Starlight & Shangri La remix. particularly close to my heart bc Shangri la was my first proper vixx cb after being interested in them and seeing them gain so much recognition and trend like crazy after this performance nearly a year later was amazing like!! its what they deserved.. also aesthetically it was just on another level..the synchronisation..the flowers..the fans…and im always a slut for hakyeons choreo tbh 

Nextly i love the Starshow 360 Performance of Love Me Do, the water on the stage just sets it the fuck off also the outfits were beautiful..simple and complimentary..the camerawork was a little crazy but we overlook it. Also i think they have amazing presence here it just shows a side of them that doesnt need crazy outfits or concept heavy sets to give a captivating performance ugh versatile kings

i could rlly put the entire fantasia elysium dvd here its so Good but i love their perfs of Secret Night!! The rock vibe is amazing and the staging is so good… vixx rlly suit this style of performance i wish they would do it more bc it goes off

G.R.8.U…sir thats my emotional support vixx song. fggfgf i prefer the concert performances of this bc their energy is SO good and the starlights singing too 😭😭😭  its just so wholesome n pure it rlly gets the serotonin flowing u know also that note leo hits at 2:46 rlly broke the sound barrier gfgfgfgf

okay probably the most iconic and i post abt it once a week but the UNCENSORED voodoo doll stage from music bank..this is just completely unhinged and i lose my mind every time i watch it its just on another level like..nobody else could ever have done this… legends

honorable mentions bc i reached the video limit : havana special stage at music bank chile…i didnt even like that song till they covered it and they said gay rights when they didnt change the pronouns.., any given stage of any conception series release, anytime hakyeon is in front of the camera in general.
