Darktide players as soon as the new class is out?

I found the picture in "Dark Heresy: Book of Judgement", can someone tell me who the artist is and if it was done for another warhammer publication?

With the Hive Scum class coming out soon for Darktide, and me looking into the class' details, an amusing thought crossed my mind.

Can ya'll just imagine when the gangers bring their weapons to Hadron, which mind you the weapons they're using are makeshift weapons like shivs, crowbars and bonesaws and rusty, Emporer/Omnissiah only knows how old, pistols, to have her take one look at it all and back at the gangers to say to them:

"What in the Omnissiah's name is this heresy?"
