someone explain to me why the happy huntresses are seen as breaking free from the mold of oppressive atlas via their designs when they’re all literally in the same ugly outfit in different shades of ugly, muted colours. whereas the ace ops, while sharing a cohesive colour scheme, are also allowed to feature their own colour & bring their own design into their uniform ; managing to stay wholly & visually a cohesive unit but have their own distinct styles.
