Can be very brash in both personality and, despite being of very low hardness, actions. Is not very good at problem solving and often brute forces things. Can come off as very rude.
Doesnt like to sit still for long periods, so they find the need to be powdered annoying, as well as the need to protect the powder when needing to go in water. Often times, if they are in need of powdering while awake, they sneak away while whoever is working on them has their back turned. Still, sometimes they'll wander unpowdered, sometimes they'll only have the exposed limbs powdered.
They are the youngest of my gem group as of right now and is very impressionable, still figuring out which of his elders to emulate between Serpentine, Star Diopside and Larimar.

Apatite

Their personality is quite similar to Rutile's.
Looks up to Star Diopside and admires their work as a doctor. As their apprentice, Apatite shouldered some of the work should anything happen to Star Diopside.
After Star Diopside was taken, they took over as the gem doctor completely, which started to tire and stress them.
Harlequin Quartz showed some interest in their job which made them very pleased, and a little less lonely during all nighters.

The eldest of my gem ocs.
Despite being so old, they've never lost a partner. They feel that they should really start acting their age, feeling like they aren't as wise or mature as Star Sapphire.
Their patrol partner is Larimar
Rose Quartz Twins

The Rose twins are very close and are always on the same page when fighting, but they still bicker a lot. They can experience sun damage if they hang out in the sun for too long, fading their color away into a colorless quartz. Rose 88 enjoys playing around with hair styles, and is the one who has styled most of the gem's hairs. They'd like to keep their pink hair, so often times they'll cover it up on patrols. 26 on the other hand finds the need to cover up annoying.
They are of the few gems who lived long enough to see the moon gems. They were unaware of phos' recruitment period. Being of close age of Quartz and Dumotierite, they feel the slightest bit of sorrow for their unfortunate situation.
Yellow Star Sapphire

This Sapphire is gone now. They were Star Diopside's former partner. They were the second oldest of my gems and starting to get tired of it all.
Their age changed a bit since the making of this comic, i upped them to be in the 3,000 range, a little under 2,000 years younger than Spinel.
