Do they have any frequent / recurring dreams?

Yes, they do! It doesn't happen super often but yeah, sometimes it's stuff from the war, sometimes it's not. Maybe they dream about when they were in exile, or back before they went off to fight. Usually the dreams are little fragments of memories, usually not the good ones. Every once in a while they get something that keeps them up at night.

There's a reason I always draw them with bags under their eyes lol. Insomnia is a binch.
