Alright so I wanted to take a gander and see who the Sinister Six will be in BTSV because we know they were mentioned as a "cartel" on the news.
Left to right, we have Scorpio (SCORP), Shocker (signified by a lightning bolt and spark insignia), GOG (who was this alien pet raised by Kraven the Hunter and used to do crime), Green Goblin (I can't tell who else besides maybe Mysterio because you could interpret the triangle as his glider), 8-Ball (or Hob-Goblin) and finally Sandman in the second image.
Given the Sinister Six are playing more of the corrupt-business men like Kingpin, this tells me they'll also have a lot of lackies for the Spider-people to fight as well. Maybe this E-42 Prowler works for them or doesn't at all or tries to avoid working with them. I have no idea yet.
