Basic rules for comments/reviews (especially on stories)
It’s nice to see you and with this welcome here. Before we get into it, I want to mention a few things:
1. I don’t earn money with this story, I just write it for fun and I really hope you have fun while reading too. If I mention an character from a movie/book/series or whatever, I don’t own them and the credit goes to the rightful owner.
2. I’m sorry if a story like this already exists. I didn’t copy it from another author. The idea just came in my mind and I wrote it down. (It’s important for me to mention that, because I come from a fandom were already a lot of FF’s exists.)
3. CONSTRUCTIVE criticism is always welcome, HATE NOT. I’m an active member auf multiple FF pages und have seen a lot when it comes to reviews. And in some cases, I was speechless, but in a really bad way. The words hurt a lot. So let’s make a deal together. We give a review as a “Feedback Burger.” That means: We start with something positive, go on with the constructive criticism and end with something positive again. I made some great experiences with this method and would recommend it. Respecting the author is an important point for me.
If someone still thinks, it would be a great idea to spread some hate, I can tell you, I can be a real nightmare too. But I think we will have an awesome time together.
4. Important rule: DON’T LIKE IT; DON’T READ AND HATE IT
5. Also, humour is important. Please don’t take it all to serious.
6. I deeply apologise for any grammar- or spelling mistakes. Or if it sounds sometimes a bit weird. English isn’t my native language, so mistakes can happen. If someone wants to help me with that, I would be really grateful.
Thank you, for reading this and thanks for understanding. I just wanted to make things clear, because I read a lot of bad things under stories and the authors were really sad and desperate. In my opinion that’s a no go. We aren’t professional authors, it’s our hobby and we do it for fun. And put a lot of heart, time and effort in it without getting anything than reviews in return.
