Ingredients: 12 oz fettuccine pasta. 1/2 cup unsalted butter. 2 cups heavy cream. 2 cups grated Parmesan cheese. Salt and pepper to taste. Fresh parsley for garnish optional.

Instructions: Follow the directions on the package to cook the fettuccine until it is al dente. Remove the water and set it aside. Put the butter in a big pan and melt it over medium-low heat. Add the heavy cream and stir it in a few times to make it simmer. Grated Parmesan cheese should be added to the pan and stirred in all the time until the cheese melts and the sauce is smooth. Add salt and pepper to taste to the sauce. When you add the cooked fettuccine to the pan, toss it around so that the Alfredo sauce covers it all. If you want to impress your guests at Christmas, serve this elegant dish of beef tenderloin with a rich red wine and cranberry sauce. Everyone will want more of the tender beef and the sweet, sour cranberry sauce.

Ingredients: 1 bottle of full-bodied red wine. 2 lbs beef tenderloin. 1/4 cup olive oil. 4 cloves garlic, minced. 1 tsp dried thyme. 1 tsp dried rosemary. Salt and black pepper to taste. 1 cup beef broth. 1/2 cup red wine for sauce. 2 tbsp butter. 2 tbsp all-purpose flour. 1/4 cup cranberry sauce. 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley for garnish.

Instructions: Turn on the oven and heat it up to 400F 200C. Mix minced garlic, black pepper, salt, and olive oil together and rub it on the beef tenderloin. Season the beef tenderloin and put it in a roasting pan. Roast it in a hot oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until it's done the way you like it. Take the beef out of the oven and let it rest for ten minutes. Then cut it into slices. Get the sauce ready while the beef rests. Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium-low heat. To make a roux, stir in flour. Slowly whisk in the beef broth and red wine, and keep stirring the sauce until it gets thick. Add the cranberry sauce and let it cook for 5 minutes. The beef tenderloin should be sliced and served with the cranberry sauce. Add chopped parsley as a garnish before serving.

Instructions: Salt, pepper, paprika, thyme, rosemary, olive oil should all be rubbed into the turkey breast. In the slow cooker's bottom, put the sliced onions. Cover the turkey breast with spices and place it on top of the onions. Cover the turkey breast with the chicken or turkey broth. For 6-7 hours, or until the turkey reaches 165F 75C on the inside, cover and cook on low heat. After the turkey breast is done, take it out of the slow cooker and let it rest for 10 to 15 minutes. Then, cut it into pieces.

Ingredients: 1 whole turkey 12-14 pounds. 4 cloves garlic, minced. 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped. 2 tablespoons fresh thyme, chopped. 2 tablespoons fresh sage, chopped. 2 tablespoons olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste. 1 lemon, halved.

Instructions: Set the oven temperature to 325F 163C. After giving the turkey a thorough rinse, pat it dry with paper towels. To make a herb paste, combine the minced garlic, chopped rosemary, thyme, sage, and olive oil in a small bowl. Apply the herb paste to the entire turkey, including the cavity and under the skin. Give the turkey a liberal amount of salt and pepper. Put the lemon halves inside the turkey's cavity. Use kitchen twine to secure the turkey legs together. Turkey should be placed breast side up on a roasting rack inside a roasting pan. For approximately 3.5 to 4 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 165F 74C, roast the turkey in the preheated oven. Every thirty minutes, baste the turkey with pan juices. After cooking, take the turkey out of the oven and give it 20 to 30 minutes to rest before carving. After carving the turkey, serve it with your preferred Paleo sides.
