Make this Butter Chicken Pizza for Diwali to enjoy a mix of flavors. It takes the creamy, rich taste of butter chicken and adds the classic appeal of pizza. The perfect mix of Indian and Italian foods for a holiday feast!
Ingredients: 1 pizza dough. 1/2 cup butter chicken sauce. 1 cup cooked chicken pieces. 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese. 1/2 cup diced red onion. 1/2 cup diced bell peppers. 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro. 1/4 cup sliced green chilies optional. 1/4 cup yogurt. 1 tsp garam masala. 1/2 tsp cumin powder. 1/2 tsp paprika. Salt and pepper to taste. Olive oil for brushing.
Instructions: Set your oven to 475F 245C before you start cooking. On a floured surface, roll out the pizza dough to the thickness you want. Put the dough that has been rolled out on a pizza stone or a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper. To keep the dough from getting too wet, brush it with olive oil. Cover the dough with the butter chicken sauce and use it as the pizza sauce. Put half of the mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce. Spread the cooked chicken, diced red onion, and diced bell peppers out evenly on top of the cheese. Add the rest of the mozzarella cheese on top. Add the cumin powder, paprika, salt, and pepper to a small bowl and mix them together. Spread the yogurt mixture on top of the pizza. Put the pizza in an oven that has already been heated up. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly and a little browned. Take the pizza out of the oven and give it a minute to cool down. If you like things spicy, put green chilies and fresh cilantro on top of the pizza. Cut your tasty Diwali Butter Chicken Pizza into pieces and serve it!
