the two i have are friendly fire (or just ff) and an unnamed project, which was my first take on a kpdh x fo4 au! we can just call that one like . holy au. yeah i like that BAHGDSGF

friendly fire is zoemira into eventual polytrix! it is SO fucking funny to me and it's basically like...zoey is living in an episode of modern family, mira is convinced she's a prisoner of war and also john wick, and rumi is pining desperately. not for zoemira. just to be a person

the very basic plot of friendly fire is that zoey + mira grew up in diamond city together, mira being upper stands, zoey coming from far harbour! they're childhood best friends and almost lovers, up until zoey suddenly disappears from diamond city

mira never used to feed into the belief about synths, but after zoey disappearing? she absolutely refuses to believe her best friend is dead, which must mean that synths kidnapped her, she was replaced or taken by the institute, etc etc. mira joins the brotherhood as soon as they come to the commonwealth to "avenge" her best friend

zoey, on the other hand, is not actually dead! she very NEARLY died, but she pulled through thanks to the help of the railroad. it takes her months to recover from her injuries, and she joins the railroad first out of gratitude, but she very quickly comes to love the cause. when she's well enough to go back out into the commonwealth, her VERY first stop is diamond city, but...mira isn't there

zoey kind of assumes the worst, mostly because she knew mira's parents were horrible, but they're gone too, and...well. she doesn't know what else to do other than go back to the old north church and hope that her best friend is okay

the years pass by, with zoey becoming an incredibly successful railroad agent while mira advances into a paladin role. the brotherhood starts trying to flush out the railroad to permanently squash it and its members, and it's during one of these battles that zoey and mira...meet again!

and mira IMMEDIATELY tries to kill zoey

she is 100% convinced that is a synth who replaced her best friend, and she fucking HATES synths and she HATES what they did to zoey and she HATES the railroad (and maybe she hates herself for not being able to save zoey), and meanwhile zoey is so insanely confused because ?? since when did MIRA want to join the brotherhood of steel? why would she do that? doesn't she recognise her? what is HAPPENING?

zoey manages to incapacitate mira and basically begs on her hands and knees for her to be kept in the old north church as a kind of prisoner. i've replaced desdemona with celine in this au btw BAHSGDFGSHGF so fucking celine is the one who has to deal with zoey PLEADING to keep the LITERAL BROTHERHOOD PALADIN in their HOUSE. unfortunately for celine, zoey is convincing and has never failed a mission, so she makes an exception.

it is the worst thing she's ever done.

all mira does is howl and scream and snap and snarl and is basically telling zoey to kill herself EVERY DAY.

where is rumi in all of this you might ask?

rumi is ALSO in the railroad! rumi is a courser! she sort of more or less popped up in celine's hands and was enlisted as an undercover institute informant for them, though she spends like 99% of her time in the commonwealth going on runs because coursers are CRACKED and absolute beasts and do you KNOW how helpful it is to have one of those on your side?

ANYWAYS. THE HOLY AU IS REALLY SHORT AND NOT NEARLY AS WELL FLESHED OUT BUT. BROTHERHOOD PALADIN MIRA, BROTHERHOOD LANCER-KNIGHT ZOEY, BROTHERHOOD INITIATE RUMI WHO IS ACTUALLY AN ESCAPED SYNTH WHO WANTS TO BRING DOWN THE INSTITUTE BECAUSE SHE HATES WHAT SHE IS!

she gets found out in the same way danse does except it's courser!jinu betraying her, she flees, and gets picked up by railroad!celine, all while brotherhood!zoemira grapple with the idea of their best friend not being who she said she was vs does it matter? vs What Do We Do Now?

Holy au.

Pretty much just what of Luffy was raised by Imu. Imu finds out that Dragon has a kid and decides to be petty and raise the kid to kill Dragon.

Luffy caires out a buster call on Dawn Island at the ripe old age of 10 as a test of sorts and the revolutionary army finds out about his existence as a result.

Dragon doesn't know that the kid is his kid and he's too busy taking care of Sabo and Ace to find out.

The twins find out eventually and make it their life mission to kill Luffy who at that point was codenamed 'phoenix' cause they're apparently the natural enemy of Japanese dragons.

When Ace and Sabo join the whitebeards for a very brief time, Ace thinks that Marco is the Phoenix until Sabo points out the age gap.

Luffy's big life goal is destroying the revolutionary period, but for right now, Imu is training his to kill Dragon specifically.

Dragon finds out the phoenix is his son after he steals government documents and starts focusing on tracking him down.

Long story short, Dragon finds him, they fight, Dragon can't bring himself to kill Luffy so Luffy either kills him and just leaves, I haven't decided yet.
