Easy toothpaste- 3tbsp coconut oil, 2 tbsp calcium carbonate & 2 tbsp montmorillonite clay. I’m working on being more holistic. I make my own sugar scrubs, I cook some non-processed food, I make some natural cleaners. This week I made toothpaste 😄 I’m glad I did it. Making #homemadetoothpaste was really easy. Bonus...It works really well, doesn’t taste like shit & my teeth are getting whiter I used to put off small changes like this because I thought they didn’t matter. I felt like it wasn’t enough. I’m nowhere near all natural or super healthy, but so what? WHO DECIDED IT HAS TO BE ALL OR NOTHING? 🤷🏼‍♀️ I don’t believe that. I don’t believe that for anything. All or nothing is way too fucking hard. You want to change your life, switch careers, lose weight, be healthier, improve relationships... It doesn’t have to be all or nothing.
