Ingredients: 2 pork tenderloins about 1.5 lbs each. 1/2 cup soy sauce. 1/4 cup honey. 3 cloves garlic, minced. 1 teaspoon ginger, grated. 1 tablespoon sesame oil. 1/4 cup chicken broth. 2 tablespoons cornstarch. 2 tablespoons water. Sesame seeds and green onions for garnish.
Instructions: In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, sesame oil, and chicken broth to create the marinade. Place the pork tenderloins in the Instant Pot and pour the marinade over them. Ensure the pork is well-coated. Close the Instant Pot lid and set the valve to the sealing position. Cook on high pressure for 20 minutes. Once the cooking cycle is complete, allow for a natural pressure release for 5 minutes, then do a quick pressure release. Remove the pork from the Instant Pot and set aside. In a small bowl, mix cornstarch and water to create a slurry. Switch the Instant Pot to the saut mode and add the slurry to the liquid in the pot. Stir until the sauce thickens. Slice the pork tenderloins and drizzle the thickened sauce over them. Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions. Serve the Instant Pot Honey Soy Pork Tenderloin over rice or your favorite side dish.
