These Spicy Jalapeo Burgers will take your taste buds on a fiery trip. They have a lot of flavor and heat, so people who like their burgers spicy should try them. A burger that is both tasty and spicy is made with jalapeos, sriracha mayo, and patties that have been spiced with cayenne.
Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 4 hamburger buns. 4 slices of cheddar cheese. 2 jalapeo peppers, thinly sliced. 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced. 4 lettuce leaves. 4 tomato slices. 1/4 cup mayonnaise. 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce. 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. In a bowl, combine the ground beef, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Mix well and form 4 burger patties. Grill the burger patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness. During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty and allow it to melt. While the burgers are cooking, toast the hamburger buns on the grill until they are lightly browned. In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise and sriracha sauce to create a spicy mayo. Assemble the burgers by spreading the spicy mayo on the toasted buns. Place a lettuce leaf on the bottom bun, followed by a burger patty with melted cheese, jalapeo slices, red onion slices, and a tomato slice. Top with the other half of the bun, and your Spicy Jalapeo Burgers are ready to enjoy!

Instructions: In a mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, diced celery, diced onion, buffalo sauce, blue cheese crumbles, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Place a cooked turkey burger patty on top of the vegetables. Add extra buffalo sauce and blue cheese crumbles if desired. Top with the other half of the bun.
