Ingredients: 1 cup almond flour. 1/2 cup cocoa powder. 1/2 cup maple syrup. 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted. 1/4 cup almond butter. 1/4 cup dairy-free chocolate chips. 1/4 teaspoon baking soda. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
Instructions: Preheat oven to 350F 175C. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. Add maple syrup, melted coconut oil, almond butter, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Mix until well combined. Fold in dairy-free chocolate chips. Transfer the batter into a greased or lined baking pan. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the edges are set and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out mostly clean with a few moist crumbs. Allow the brownies to cool completely before slicing into squares.
