These Smores Hot Cocoa Bombs are a fun and delicious way to enjoy a classic campfire treat in a cozy mug. The combination of milk chocolate, marshmallows, graham crackers, and hot cocoa mix creates a rich and indulgent hot chocolate experience. Perfect for cold winter nights or a special treat by the firepit.
Instructions: Melt the 2 cups of milk chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second increments, stirring in between, until fully melted. In a separate bowl, mix the hot cocoa mix, crushed graham crackers, and powdered sugar. Carefully spoon the melted chocolate into half-sphere silicone molds, spreading it around to coat the inside of each mold evenly. Make sure to leave a cavity in the center for the filling. Place the molds in the freezer for about 5 minutes to set the chocolate. Remove them and gently remove the chocolate shells from the molds. Fill half of the chocolate shells with a spoonful of the cocoa mix mixture, a few mini marshmallows, and a pinch of unsweetened cocoa powder. Heat a small, microwave-safe plate until warm. Place one of the empty chocolate shells on the warm plate for a few seconds to slightly melt the edges. Quickly place the melted edge chocolate shell onto one of the filled shells to seal the cocoa bomb. Press gently to secure the two halves together. Melt the remaining 1/4 cup of milk chocolate chips and drizzle it over the top of each cocoa bomb for decoration. Allow the cocoa bombs to cool and harden completely before using. To enjoy, place one cocoa bomb in a mug, pour hot milk over it, and watch it explode into a delicious cup of Smores Hot Cocoa. Stir and enjoy!
