Ingredients: 1 cup Greek yogurt. 1/2 cup rolled oats. 2 tablespoons honey. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1 cup mixed fresh berries strawberries, blueberries, raspberries. 1 banana, sliced. 1/4 cup chopped nuts e.g., almonds or walnuts. 1/4 cup shredded coconut. Fresh mint leaves for garnish.
Instructions: In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, rolled oats, honey, and vanilla extract. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined. Divide the yogurt mixture evenly into small tart shells or individual serving bowls. Top the yogurt mixture with mixed fresh berries, banana slices, chopped nuts, and shredded coconut.
