This Roast Beef Panini Burger has soft roast beef, melted Swiss cheese, and a tangy horseradish-mayo spread that goes great together. It tastes great and feels great, and it's served on crispy ciabatta bread.
Ingredients: 4 slices of roast beef. 4 slices of Swiss cheese. 4 slices of ciabatta bread. 1/4 cup of horseradish sauce. 1/4 cup of mayonnaise. 2 tablespoons of olive oil. 1 cup of arugula leaves. 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Preheat a panini press or a grill pan over medium heat. In a small bowl, mix the horseradish sauce and mayonnaise to create a creamy spread. Brush olive oil on one side of each slice of ciabatta bread. Place a slice of roast beef on the non-oiled side of two bread slices. Top each roast beef slice with a slice of Swiss cheese. Add a handful of arugula leaves and some thinly sliced red onion on top of the cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Spread the creamy horseradish-mayo mixture on the remaining two slices of ciabatta bread. Place the oiled side of the bread on top of the sandwich ingredients, creating two sandwiches. Place the sandwiches in the preheated panini press or grill pan and cook for about 3-4 minutes, or until the bread is crispy and the cheese is melted. Remove the sandwiches from the press or pan, let them cool slightly, and then slice them in half. Serve your delicious Roast Beef Panini Burgers hot with your favorite side dish.
