Ingredients: 4 cups cold water. 1 cup coarse ground coffee. 1 vanilla bean, split lengthwise. 1/4 cup brown sugar. 1/4 cup water. 1 cup brewed cold brew coffee. Coffee ice cubes made with extra brewed coffee.
Instructions: Put coarse ground coffee and cold water in a large container. To the mix, add the split vanilla bean. Make sure all the grounds are wet by stirring them gently. Leave the tea at room temperature for 12 to 24 hours with the lid on. Use a fine-mesh sieve or cheesecloth to strain the mixture after it has been steeped. Put 1/4 cup of water and brown sugar in a small saucepan. Stir the mixture while it's on medium heat until the sugar is gone. Let the syrup cool all the way down. Serve coffee with ice cubes in glasses. Pour the cold brew coffee that has been brewed over the ice cubes. Add vanilla syrup to taste to make it sweeter. Enjoy! Serve cold.
