y'ello! what happened to jrwi? i saw your post abt stopping the incorrect quotes and im just wondering. i'm not on twitter so if anything happened over there im completely oblivious lol

Sorry you had to learn from me, my lovely stranger. Unfortunately, allegations have come to light, along with screenshots and videoed* proof, that DM jared Narwhal is a groomer as well. The JRWI twitter said that they'll be cutting all ties to Jared.

You cannot remove the DM from the world they've created, which leaves a rather disgusting taste in my mouth. This sucks butt, for a lot of us JRWI fans, like jeeze this hurts. It was a fun podcast. And I enjoyed listening to it.

That said, my heart goes out deeply to the victims. My heart goes out to all of us who feel betrayed by Jared's repulsive actions. My heart goes out to the crew who had to find out second handedly. My heart goes out to all of us.

Slime has said his piece on the matter, he's taking a break for a while, along with Condi, I'm not sure about Bizly, Wheatie, or Griz.

So like them, I will be taking a step away from JRWI. Other DND podcasts I recommend are:

Dungeons and Daddies, a dnd podcast played by a bunch of dads

Critical role, a bunch of nerdy voice actors who play dnd

The adventure zone, the mcelroy brothers and their dad play dnd.

I love drawga, a semi animated, hand drawn dnd game played by the Drawfee gang called Drawtectives. And they have another one called Drawga up on their website that costs less than a mediocre sandwich a month. It's always a laughable, lovable blast over there.

There's also The U sleeping City, your classic DND shenanigans but set in modern Newyork found over at college humor.

If you need to fill this hole in your heart with unproblematic dnd games and fun, I'd try any of these. All of them are delightful. There's no Sylnan, Mountain, Br'aad, Velrisa, or Taxi, but plenty of other lovable characters for you to get attached to.

The future of the JRWI podcast isn't known right now, I don't know if Charlie will try to salvage it, candle it completely, or what. It's best to let him and the boys decide on their own, give them the time and space they need, and wait patiently and respectfully. With that said, the quotes will no longer be a regular thing, and neither will the art. At least for the time being.

“Highly offended or not, with the way Reyes was on you the whole way back. I’d say even a badger can have kittens.” He couldn’t help but give the other a reassuring smile as he was trying to joke with him. It looked a bit forced, and a bit out of place, but Jack appreciated it just the same.  He didn’t really want to kill the good mood. But seeing Jesse in pain didn’t sit well with him as he got up from his chair to check Jesse’s side. He wasn’t really well versed in the medical field, but he knew enough to get by and help when he could.

 “Let me see kid.” he muttered under his breath as he took a couple of long strides until he ended up beside the smaller gunslinger. His hands already pulling back the blankets and up Jesse’s shirt to reveal the bandaged wound. He sucked in a breath, it was a lot worse than he had expected it to be. “ Damn kid, you got banged up pretty good.” He frowned before he gently prodded at the bandaged mess.  “Should I get you Angela?” Jack asked, his voice filled with concern.
