follows an au me and my buddy shen have where alberich follows the path to lordship, and shows a simple version of the events that led to him making that choice. it's mostly a love story x]
features alberich, godwyn, mohg, gideon, rogier, ranni... and a few other cameos~
all art, music, vocals, & etc were done by me. godwyn's dialogue was written by my buddy shen, and is taken from some of our rps :]

He doesn’t have a chance to say thanks proper before his double is already walking away, however. He raises a hand as if to stop the man. “Leaving so soon? I haven’t even asked what’s the occasion!”
"I had heard you would be departing... Consider it a farewell present. It's been a pleasure chatting with you<3"
My, how quickly word spreads through this place… though suppose Alberich constantly wagging his infamous tongue doesn’t help rumours keep to themselves. It was only a matter of time before, er, himself found out about his planned departure.
It makes the cake bittersweet.
But he’s still grinning — always, always grinning. Holding the plate tight in his hands, he gives his double a respectful, final bow. “And you as well,” he says. “Stay beautiful, eh?”
Then, in a flash, he is gone.

Not even the glow of Alberich’s red phantom light could outshine the flash of his canines as he grins his carnivorous grin at the comment. Flanking the blond like a wolf, step by playful step, he twirls his scythe’s haft in his hands and struts like a proudly puffed pigeon despite the stabbing of thorns. He chuckles low, amused.
Heh. Of course. He’s bad at keeping secrets.
“Ah, you caught me,” he says, shrugging his shoulders with arms wide open, still twirling his scythe in one hand. “Maybe I am. Maybe I love it. Maybe you’re making my day right now. Maybe I oughta thank you — yes, thank you, my friend!”
The worst part is he isn’t lying.
Quickly, suddenly, he lunges.
