Confession from a pain patient

Today is the last day of my daughter's visit home and I was going to fix a big dinner for the family. My body is not allowing me to do anything, my pain is so bad that I am going blow the last night of all of us together. Sometimes this is so hard to deal with not only the physical pain, but the emotional pain of always feeling like I am letting someone down, especially myself.
