Three words.

I love you These are the words that Harry couldn’t help but think of whenever he sees you. Sure, he has said these three words before to his mum, sister, friends,… but they all have different meanings. To his mum and sister, it’s another way of saying goodbye. To his friends, it’s his way of saying “take care” after a night out. But to you, they mean something special, complicated and hard to explain because plain words aren’t enough. He can’t fully express his love for you on paper because he believes that love can’t be portrayed by scribbles or melodies. It’s simply not enough. Just like how people can’t describe colors to a blind man or how people can describe what a song sounds like to a deaf person.

But at least he can try. Harry’s love for you is endless. Just like outer space. Something that gets only more interesting as you explore it. He loves your everything. He loves the simplicity of your personality. You are so charming and lovable, but there’s something alluring behind your eyes that pulls everyone in. But never too close yet never too far. He loves the smile of yours that lights up his darkest days. The way your lips curves to show those neat and white teeth. He swears your smile is so incredibly captivating that every time he sees it he would just stop what he was doing and admire. He loves your eyes. Those gorgeous orbs that stare straight into his soul. They have the ability to hold his full attention. And don’t even get him started on your body. It’s his beginning and his ending, his pleasure and his frustration. He finds himself pairing words like that together all the time, they have opposite meanings, but when their sole purpose is to describe your body they blend together harmoniously. He loves every inch of you inside out.

And he still remembers the first time he said those three words to you. It was a normal average night in bed. You had already fallen asleep, or so he thought. He mumbled’ I love you’ quietly ’ I love you so much but I’m so scared to say that to you when you’re awake but I’m afraid you’d realise my love is not enough for you and you would run away. I truly have fallen so hard for you. Now I can’t picture my future without you by my side. I want to have the honor to take care of you day by day, have a million little babies together and grow old together. But for now I just want to say “ I love you” to you and to be able to hear you say it back.’ But after that, you opened your eyes, and smiled at him. He blinked and you pulled him into a kiss, “I love you, Harry Edward Styles.” That little moment meant everything to him. Those words never lost its meaning even with you two saying them a billion times a day. Better yet, those words only get more and more beautiful each passing day.

He remembers the day of your wedding. The expressions on everyone’s faces when you stepped out in that dreamy gown. He can guarantee you that his jaws were on the floor from start to finish. After your vows, it was his turn. “Y/F/N Y/M/N Y/L/N, from the moment I realized that I want to make you my girlfriend, I knew that I wanted to hand you my heart forever. But I couldn’t just say that out loud because I’m unsure of what you’ll say. But as time goes by, that feelings gets stronger and still is getting stronger. I want to spend the rest of my life with the person that makes my heart races extra fast, the same person that makes my smile extra wide, the one that makes small moments so meaningful. I want to have the honor of taking care of you day by day, of having a million little babies together and of growing old with you, my one and truly only. So what do you say, love?” “I would love to!"and you two exchanged rings "From this day forward i declare you two man and wife. Mr and Mrs Styles everybody!” Despite the light rain, which makes the wedding quite special, he has never felt so much love and warmth in one room.

But that was because he had yet to experience another type of days. The days that are officially crowned best days of yours and his entire life. The days that you gave birth to his children. With each kid, that day was different but the after those hours inside of the hospital, the moments when he saw the child that you two created being laid down on your chest is everything he had ever wanted. The butterflies in his stomach when he was allowed to press his lips against his children’s head and mumble those three words was overwhelming.

Back to reality, he turns to his side and smiles as you nap soundly. You two are now grandparents, but the love never died. He loves you so much and is so thankful for moments like this. He can never have found another one to share special times like those with and to bring the kids up and to watch the grandchildren run around the house. He still loves your beautiful personality, your dazzling smile and your angelic eyes. He has never stopped saying I love you and will never let them lose their meanings.
