Like Evie, Samara also has bottom dysphoria, having zero interest in getting penetrated during sex and definitely zero interest in + zero risk of becoming pregnant. My headcanon is that she wears a packer (and at some point later on she does get a strap-on for sexy time), but I haven't figured out when she opens up to her dad about this.

I'm leaning towards that they did talk about it back in like 9th grade, Samara tries her best to be open with the people she loves and trusts because she wants to strengthen those bonds. Whereas for Evie she's very held down by social stigmas and so it takes a bit longer.
