Part One for anyone wondering
Okay, Hiccups' side of the story. When Hiccup was a little kid, Drago had ambushed Berk with the few dragons he had. Stoic, now defeated, was locked away by Drago. Now, the Berkians must trek out to capture more dragons for Drago.
Without a father, Hiccup is being raised by Gobber. He becomes handy with tools, better at building than anyone his age. Now, Hiccup has never been an active participant during dragon raids. He's there, but he never attacks. He helps with the weapons and watches the dragons.
And one day, Hiccup gets an idea. He's never seen Drago kill a dragon; no one has! So if he could kill a dragon himself, then he'd be more respected than Drago. And then he could become chief and free his father.
So during a raid, Hiccup ventures out. He attacks from the opposite side of the island. He spots a lone Night Fury. Jackpot. Hiccup readies his bola catapult, aiming at the fury. And then he misses.
The Night Fury fires at his ship, sinking it. Hiccup, now injured, swims poorly to shore. As he washes up, he notices his leg is mangled beyond repair.
The Night Fury stands above him, ready to attack. And then it just...doesn't. It spares Hiccup. Now, Hiccup is trapped on the Isle of Dragons with a Night Fury and a missing leg.

Personally, my favorite has always been Viggo. But I'm curious to know what others think, also if you want to share why, I would love to hear it. I won't include the dragons, such as the Red Death.
Also, have you noticed that there aren't any women villains in this universe (haven't read the books, so idk if there's any there)?

I imagine this dude having a daughter!
• First, she would have his hair and personality but different.
•I imagine that she acts like the navi people so like she would ride a dragon like either a deathgripper he has or a night fury but a very ancient one she found.
• So like he would ride on one and use a bow in which she lights three arrows on fire and attack places and she would come to berk eventually and do it!
• She would explode the whole place due to those actions, she would even use her dragons blasts or acid based on their skills and add it to the arrows or use their skills to attack!
• She would wear a secure top and wear a pants which is tight and it would look like a skirt in a way but it hides all of her weapons!
• She would be as cold and calculating like hee father but she can be a bit sympathetic but overall she is cruel like Grimmel the Grisly!
Now this dude! I imagine him having a daughter too!
• She would have his hair type and same attitude and personality like him!
• She would get alot of dragons like him except she uses one to attack to get more dragons!
• She would sometimes make deals with Grimmel daughter to get more dragons, like its a fair deal or trade they have!
• Her and Grimmel daughter would be mutuals
• She wouldn't be that cruel like her father in even stepping on a Dragons face but if one is aggressive she would use a technique to make it know that you are the boss!
• She uses two swords which hooks at the top so like when attacking, the opponent can't escape due to the hook!
THAT'S ALL I HAVE TO SAY ON WHAT I IMAGINED AND THOUGHT ABOUT!!😭😅
saw a httyd review video where the guy said grimmel was a bad villain because he lacked real motivation. but i think that's the point. in httyd 2 hiccup meets someone who has been hurt by dragons but then he meets grimmel, someone who has actually never been hurt by dragons, someone who kills dragons because he wants to, because he enjoys it. he doesn't need any motivation. the whole point is that although there are people who have been hurt by dragons and want some kind of revenge (eg. drago) there are also people who haven't been hurt by them, who hunt dragons simply because they want to. not every villain has to have some tragic backstory. grimmel is a very realistic villain in the httyd world. don't people hunt exotic birds and deer for reasons other than food? where's the motivation in that?
