thinking about the way Abbot and Robby treat Santos...and thinking about how this would be both similar to how they treated Langdon (Jack saying Santos doing an unsupervised procedure was badass for example) but also informed by Langdon's actions because they are so similar. Like Robby being more lenient with Santos not being a team player because Langdon was the same way (and maybe initially that pissed Robby off, which is why Langdon thinks he can use that against her).
