MPHFPC as some random pick up lines from Matt Rose’s “Predictive text does pick-up lines” video
gross domestic hughfiona headcanons
because these 2 are both alive and well and inevitably end up living together okay here me out..,
i imagine them living in a small apartment with a balcony that has a super nice view, or like. a bee farm
there are plants literally everywhere, inside and out
fiona is like the biggest morning person you could possibly imagine
meanwhile hugh. cannot function before a heavy shot of caffeine
basically fiona will usually have spent a good 2 hours gardening, tidied every single room, run a marathon and earned a phd before hugh has so much as gotten dressed
their idea of a romantic evening is ordering a pizza and binge watching reality tv
both of them are such goddamn lightweights oh my god
hugh cries when he’s drunk. whether its over the alarming rate that the bee population is declining at or just at how much he loves his gf
fiona’s music taste is. the worst thing
hugh is DIY king
he has impulse-bought puppies on multiple occasions and you cannot convince me otherwise
hugh comes up with the most disgustingly sweet pet names for fiona
honey, flower etc. just um gross
meanwhile fiona affectionately addresses hugh like “good morning you bee loving fuck”
not even hughfiona but imagine the fucking COMPETITION between jacob and enoch to be best man at their wedding okay just.
eventually hugh goes with millard. obviously.
emma and bronwyn are the best brides maids e v e r
no one really proposed - fiona sort of brought up the idea of getting married one day and hugh sort of went “sounds fun let’s do it”
it was super romantic you had to be there
@that-nerd-in-the-corner oh no she's cute

Merry Christmas @gemvictorfromtheponyverse !!!! Im your secret santa, I hope you enjoy the little fic I wrote!
Not my greatest, ive been really caught up in so many other things, but here you go!
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
Hugh knew the Christmas holidays were rough for Fiona. This was the time she remembered her family the most and missed them the most and she especially isolated herself during this time, even from Hugh if she could help it, she only wanted to remember them in peace. Naturally, Hugh made a compromise, he wasn’t going to let his Fee suffer if he could help it. Instead, he promised he would stay with her wherever she went, but wouldn’t speak a word around her, even around their friends. He knew all she needed was a hand to hold, and he was more than happy to oblige. He even purchased a very large, yellow scarf to wear around so that he could cover his mouth up and remind him of his temporary muteness. And he could tell Fee thought he looked very cute in it.
Colud you draw Hugh and Millard, please!
Sorry for the late response haha, I just checked my inbox today
But, I’m always down for drawing some Hugh and Millard. I like to think the first few weeks Hugh was around Fiona, Millard had to deal with him fawning over her lol, so have a lot of silly little sketches about that
Fiona and Hugh for 4 💕
“Where did Manson go?’, Hugh says, the window pane clicking as he opened it. He’s aware that the feline tends to leave through the fire escape to God knows where during the day, and especially on days like these, where the sun’s perched on the window, accelerating the heat inside to the brink of boiling. Hugh rolled up his sleeves for the second time, hoping to gain some form of relief from the New York heat.
His elbows are sticky with sweat by the time he gives up looking for Manson. Papers scattered across the floor like leaves during a crisp autumn day, and a sigh as a sign of defeat, breath wavering.
Leaving with a prayer attached to his lips, Hugh quickly fixes his collar, and with the thought of Manson coming home soon, closes the door.
~
Hugh would be lying if he said he wasn’t nervous.
After arriving home late(once the evening air fell to lower temperatures-thank God) and not hearing the small pads of feet approach him on his wooden floors, he was slightly worried. With the thought of making missing flyers, he closed the door silently.
“Which one do you like?” Hugh heard a voice whisper, and immediately he went stiff. Quickly thinking that his mind was playing tricks on him, because “Why would I of all people be robbed from?” was the only logical thing in his mind, he slowly crept the down the hall.
Until he heard another clatter come from the same direction.
Fumbling for the broom in the darkness with clammy hands,he silently made his way to the kitchen door. With fear and sudden dread boiling in his heart, he grabbed the doorknob, only turning it half an inch.
“It’s now or never.”
“Hello.”
Shrieking, Hugh landed on the cat-food-infested floor(which is not comfortable, if he might add) and a cat beside his feet.
Oh look, it’s Manson.
Looking up, the first thing he noticed where her strikingly bright auburn eyes, and how it contrasted with her dark curly hair that rebelliously framed her face instead of staying in what used to be a ponytail.
Crouching down slightly, she looked down at him in a fond way, and as if he said something hilarious ,she smiled brightly, he couldn’t help but notice how breathtaking she looked when she did that( except for the fact that she kind of broke into his house)
“Ah, you’re my next door neighbor.”
“Um-how did you-uh-come in?”
She looks at him pointedly, until raising her arm in the direction of the open window as her response. “ Your window was open.” She says.
“So..”
“ I went through the fire escape to get to it- your cat led me.”
With last bit of dignity he had left,Hugh got off the floor,”Yes, but, that’s not what I meant.”He took a pause to swallow a lump in his throat.” I mean, why are you here, not that you’re not welcome.”
The girl nods and murmurs “Oh that” before looking back at him, in this light he could see the dash of gold in her eyes, and the slight blush adorning her cheeks.”You see, your cat”, She said, pointing at the animal.
“Manson.”
“Hm?”
“That’s his name,Manson.”
“Ah..”
“Well anyways, she began, crept through my window earlier today, and practically never left, since I don’t have any cat food…, she lingered into a stop, slowly coming into the realization of what she was implying, Hugh looks back to his open window.
“You crept through my window….to get it.”, She winces once she hears it, like the plan sounded awful once he said it.
“I know it bad!– but it sounded like a great plan 15 minutes ago..”Looking off to the side, she played with a flower that was hiding her back pocket, now that he realized it, there were a lot of flowers in her back pockets!
“I should probably see myself out now.” She said.
Before getting lost in her eyes again, he grabbed Manson from the floor beside his feet and nodded his head in acknowledgement.
“Well would you like to go through the door?”, a smile blossomed on her face as he said it, making one appear on his.
“That would be greatly appreciated,I’m too old to be crawling through windows”, Beaming at him, she led the way to the front door as they quietly laughed at her odd joke.
Once Hugh opened the door he paused,”Thank you, by the way-um.,”
“Fiona, my names Fiona.” She told him silently.
He never thought a name could fit someone so well.
Laughing slightly, Hugh added, “Thank you Fiona, for bringing back Manson at least.” The cat perked up at his name.
“It was no problem” ,She said bending down to give Manson one last pat on the head, she looked back to Hugh and gave him her goofy grin again before adding, “I like your eyes, they remind me of green Daylilies.”
And with that she left down the hall.
Hugh promised himself that he’ll try to get her number next time.
Okay but guys…. ww2 hughfiona…. hear me out… (shoutout to @library-of-peculiars for fueling my creative fire here)
Hugh, a young German teen, lives with his exceptionally rich family and loves to run around his large property as a kid
Fiona, a Jewish girl, lives above her parents flower shop
One day Hugh comes into their shop to buy his mother a flower, he broke her vase while running in the house
Hugh is instantly in love and so is Fiona even if she wont admit it
Hugh finds every excuse to come by the flower shop from then on and spends hours on end with Fiona
He notices the yellow star she wears on her dress one day and he thinks she looks beautiful with it
He goes home to tells his mother about Fiona and the gold star, but she forbids him from visiting Fiona after that
That doesn’t stop Hugh though
He doesn’t think any less of Fiona for being Jewish, he only knows that he has to treasure the time he has with her until things get too bad for them to be seen together by anyone
Hugh leaves little messages under their front mat on his way to and from school and Fiona sneaks out at night to meet him
Hugh’s forced into service, they both knew would happen
The day before he is sent off though, he comes to say his goodbyes only to find that her house was already raided
Fiona is gone. The people he was being forced to take orders from had taken her
There is no trace of her or her family anywhere
Hugh could not find anything, and not for lack of trying
The first time he is sent to round up a Jewish family in hiding, he finds a family almost identical to Fiona’s, out in the countryside
Proud Jewish parents with a small, scared child
Hugh knocks out one of the soldiers with him
The soldier had tried to hurt the child
He tells the child to hide under the bed
The rest of Hugh’s group comes in and beats Hugh to a pulp, he’s all purple and blue
They forget about the little girl and leave without Hugh
Hugh flees, taking the girl with him
A reminder of the girl from the flower shop, the girl he loved.
