Played Botw again and came back to my human Revali design. I had this idea that if Revali was turned into a human for a certain amount of time while they‘re dating, Link would maybe try to kiss him as that‘s not really a possibility with Revali’s usual beak. Needles to say it would be pretty strange for someone who probably would only even grasp the concept in theory somewhat.

Still here after some (longer) time sick and some other stuff. But I wasn't done yet!

And WELL. With this row I'm done with the scenes I picked out when I started reading;

Chapter 31

"He swore a few choice expletives under his breath and sprinted to the bathroom to retrieve the first aid kid. When he got back he tossed the thing on the counter and sat Link onto one of the stools, lifting him by the hips to help him hop up without the use of his hands."

"Link was also surprised but not by his own actions. Somehow, on complete mechanical instinct, Revali had managed to grab a couch cushion and jam it between them in that split of a second before Link had, for the lack of a better term, mounted him."

how would link and human revali react to their s/o having secret healing powers they didnt realize until they were at the verge of death when they healed them?

Yo anon, thanks for the ask. sorry its so short but it was really all I could think of...

Please see below:

Link:

Stares at you silently in awe as you heal him to your best ability

You look even more beautiful than usual (he has fallen even deeper in love with you)

He thinks this ability of yours compliments you very much and he thinks its a wonderful gift

He notices you look exhausted so he reckons you only use this power as a last resort

He will start taking great care of you and will lay down his life to protect you because he knows there will be bad people who will go after your power to either a) exploit you or b) seize the power for themselves which is why you kept it hidden for so long

Human!Revali:

After you heal him, he starts yelling “what the heck if you had this kind of power why didn’t you heal me each time I got hurt?!”

“It doesn’t work that way, you jerk!!”

"What? So it only works if I’m almost dead, is that it?”

“NO! I just kept it a secret from you!”

This argument goes on for a while until you’re both completely exhausted

Aside from that, Revali will treat you with more respect and will begin to see you in a new light coughcoughhewillthinkyouareagod/goddesscoughcough

Anyway, it had been a while since I tried doing my modern AU hylian!Revali so I’ve brought him back! Maybe I’ll try again in a few months and see where I am then XD 

Revali... if you keep scowling like that, you’re going to get wrinkles... 

I call this expression: “Questioning his taste in men” - a face he makes pretty much every single chapter only on:  Beating About the Bush  (haha that’s right, I’m not above shameless advertising)
