What are the working theories about these robot things? Ghosts? Aliens? Some new type of creature?

Prowl is convinced that the creatures they encountered are aliens, and Jazz believes they're some sort of ghost. Jazz doesn't really believe in aliens.

Blaster isn't really sure what they are, but one of them called him Dad for some reason.

I feel bad for Prowl's family that had to deal with the aftermath of his dissapearance murder

Also just imagine that Bluestreak would play on Prowl's lap a few times when the guy was babysitting him. Don't see Prowl minding as long as he holds his work papers out of reach from grabby hands

have a bug au jazz ...flirtiing with? threatening? prowl.

prowl is against keeping the cybertronians hidden at first, so he and jazz bicker a lot. jazz wants to keep his friends safe, and prowl is worried that the cybertronians aren't as benevolent as they seem (the first one he ever saw was tarn- not helping this opinion at all)

he doesn't really warm up to the bugs like the other humans do, at least until jazz saves his ass from shockwave and he realizes he's been a jerk for no good reason.

jazz doesn't blame him, he didn't trust prowl either, he was just a hell of a lot better at hiding it.

(I had so much fun with jazz's expression -and then had to cover it up, so i'm including the scandalous visorless version lol)

Side tangent: I spent so long trying to work out what I wanted to draw JAZZ hair but ended up giving her a semi mullet with the sides pinned down and the top pushed forward like a really short pompador. Plus she needs her audible horns puffed out top. The glasses were difficult tho. I cannot draw glasses istg. Also I wanted her to have fun earrings so she gets sunflowers!

I colored in that old sketch of my version of human Prowl. Don't ask how his shades are staying on lol. But yeah I am not a fan of canon human Prowl's mustache. I get it, he's a cop, but he looks so bad with it!!! If he had a goatee instead the design would be 100x better imo

Designing a human Prowl for self-indulgent purposes

-His current hair is based on Prowl-Glados' hair in the TF Portal AU

-His teen hairstyle is 50's Greaser. He was canonically a little punk in his youth, so it seemed fitting.
