We were #OnAssignment for #Escapers17 - To make Lephet Thoke or Pickled Tea Leaf Salad a Burmese delicacy. The Challenge? We need to buy the ingredients on our own from a local #Street market. None of the local vegetable sellers, majority of them women speaks any English, and my Burmese is same as good as my Russian that is zero. What do I do? Well, I forget about the assignment & just smile my way using sign language & start clicking portraits of the #women vegetable sellers. I must say that #HumansOfMyanmar are absolutely wonderful and kind and they enjoy being photographed. While I am back home but I have so many stories to share that you will hear more about my visit to #Myanmar. Watch this space. (at Inle Lake)
