yeah, it's a Filipino translation for neurodivergent that isn't derogatory lmao. actually was just coined the other night by a linguist friend of mine!

there are three total proposed terms for "neurodivergent" in filipino so far, as it's still in the works and there is no official equivalent as of yet:

sari-isip (different-thinking)

saritanaw (different view/perspective)

saridiwa (different spirit)

they took the structure from the word for biodiversity, "saribuhay" (different life/lives)

if anyone has an answer for this, let me know KSDLJGHKSDG JOKES ASIDE. i think what got me through writer's block at its worst was probably. just getting really into another thing. like if your current writing project is stressing you out or demotivating you, hop onto something else. if you don't have another project or even a current one... i dunno. i just try to hop into something i used to love until something compels me to write KJSDHGSDG

30. Have you noticed your style change over time?

oh absolutely. over the course of writing BAYAB my style has changed SIGNIFICANTLY, and it is genuinely really nice to see. @wisepuma23 has really guided me and helped me hone my writing skills over the course of writing that beast of a fic, and i can see my prose and imagery get... sharper? more intentional? over the chapters, so that's really nice :]
