As anyone who follows any of my social media accounts, you will have likely seen that I competed at NSW Strongest Man on the weekend. Going in looking for a couple of PB's and to hold my own against some giant men! Luckily I did just that. 2 event seconds, 2 pb's for events i got 6th on and 2 no results. Of the no result events, I got a PB pick for the farmers carry, getting up and moving 155 a hand for a combined 310 deading 310kg. Unfortunately I couldn't clear the line with them. The other even, as in the pic, I failed to get the 160kg atlas stone I've. Twice noe it's beaten me. There won't be a third. So stones are a focus. Worked up to a 240kg single this morning in my first dead session since Tamworth. This was backed by working sets before and after at 5x180, 3x220, 1x240, 3x220 and 5x180.
