Why mongolia rather than Hong kong since Jiangshi's were popularized more by the hong kong cinema? Because I always loved Mongolia as a mysterious character you don't know nothing about, chasing on a branch to surprise attack of course o/

Apologies for this essay taking so long, I know quite a few people were interested in reading it.

Well, it's finally here! In the form of a very long Google document.

In this essay, I talk about how anti Mongolian sentiment/racism manifests itself within the hetalia fandom, but also in other forms of media as a whole.

Please bear in mind, this essay is not perfect and I most certainly am not an academic. I am also not Mongolian, this is coming from a Western + non Mongolian perspective.

Hey hetalia tag, it's been a while! I kept saying I would do it so I finally did: I opened a redbubble shop! So if you want, you can go on there and see what hetalia stuff I have to offer. It's mostly stickers and buttons but a few are available as prints too. I tried to include some characters who don't get a lot of merch (like the ever-elusive Greenland and Mongolia!) to give people with rare faves a chance to finally have something of them.

Please let me know if there's existing art of mine you'd like to see turned into stickers and buttons or whatever! I appreciate your support.
