Instructions
Spray a large skillet with olive oil and heat to medium-high.
Crack the eggs into a medium bowl, put in the salt and pepper and mix thoroughly.
Add the bread to the toaster, and toast to desired completed cooking.
To the heated pan, add the eggs and push about until scrambled, remove from heat.
