#adhd and daimoku
At the SGI-centre I decided to be a team-lead and challenge the idea that add/adhd people have a hard time managing priorities. I chanted to the gohonzon for wisdom and strength as I usually take 20 to 60 mg methylphenidad a day. As a result, some people commented on how well organised I am. Given my sensitivities, I wanted to protect our team and communicated our keibies's needs very clearly. Moreover, I realised that even when I am tired and #hypoactive I am still benefiting my environment. Most importantly, I noticed that everyone has mood swings and needs a break. At the end of the day, everything went well and I feel that I can do both: Stay on task and notice the squirrels✨.
