What is Ian rly afraid of

ian is like straight up kookoo bananas scared of hospitals & needles & affiliated paraphernalia. like in a way that is neither funny nor endearing, but is completely exhausting for anyone who has to deal with him in that situation.

also he's never flown before & the thought of going 500mph in a gigantic metal death tube 30,000ft in the air sort of scares him but that's nothing getting shithoused at the airport bar can't cure
