I told you a million times I couldn’t wait for you forever. I don’t know why you think you still have some sort of hold on my heart. As if I’ve left the door unlocked for you. You need to know that I only existed at one point in your life. Relinquish all hope that I could exist at another. I save thoughts of you for rainy days when I want to remember how much I’ve grown and changed. You mean something to me, but only because you made me realize I deserve better.

I never posted this when it was relevent, but here it is now.

I tried so hard to make you happy. I put your happiness before my own. To hear that you were unhappy tore me apart. No more night cuddles, or cute morning ones. No more you, half asleep, wrapping me In your blanket and arms. No more telling me I'm a bird, covering me with a blanket and telling me to go to sleep. I can't smell you anymore. I loved you more than anything in the world. I never planned for the future but with you I did. You helped me through some of the darkest times in my life and now, you're gone. I can't steal your pillow anymore. No more kisses. My beautiful blue eyed soulmate. No more. My hand fit perfectly in yours. No more tickles.

And now after so long of nothing- no words and lost feelings, I am happy for myself and actually found good people. And as much as I thought I deserved you, I deserve so much better than someone who won't choose me over someone else. Because that in itself is bullshit.
