There are some things in life it is just fucking worth paying for the convenience of and bread is 100% one of them for me. $.99 - $2.25 (depending on if we get store brand or something that stays soft and nice) a loaf is a more than reasonable price for like hours of my fucking time and patience and having the goddamn oven on so I can sit the shitting bowl of dough above the vent so it’ll fucking rise at all, all so I can get a loaf that is not as good as what I’d just buy from the damn store anyway.
