Why Nobody Should Ever Have A Conversation With Me Ever

Person: "Yeah, my brother and I watched 'Phineas and Ferb' last night"

My Brain: Oh, my brother and I watched X-Men cartoons together when we were little too. - Recently we watched the X-Men movies, and we thought it was funny that Jennifer Lawrence was only Mystique in some of them. - She was in the Hunger Games movies, and those always make me cry. - When we were twelve, my friend and I wrote a HG fanfic. - I now write Six fanfics. - I like that musical a lot.

(3 minutes later in the conversation after it has moved on to something else.)

Me: "Y'all should listen to Six the musical. Your comment about Phineas and Ferb reminded me of it"

Person, having already forgotten about their comment: ????????

Alternatively

Person: "Yeah, my brother and I watched 'Phineas and Ferb' last night."

Other Person: "Oh that's awesome, me and my siblings have been watching 'Gravity Falls'.

My Brain: Still processing what they said two minutes ago, and then gets distracted thinking about how much I like Phineas and Ferb even though I am a grown adult.

(3 minutes in the conversation after it has moved onto something else)

Me: "I really like Phineas and Ferb, even though I am a grown adult. It's genuinely funny and has likeable characters, and is a great way to give my mind a break"

Person: ??????

I wish when someone had a conversation with me they’d come back later to have the same conversation so I had time to think of better answers and to make sure I didn’t mishear anything they said before

I don't understand it when people look at their phone when someone calls and just lets it ring so they miss the call. If you call me and I don't wanna talk, I will straight up hang up I don't give a fuck if you know. Don't talk to me.
