Remember why I stopped working on the web dev course (if you know javascript, we're at Testing with Jest and for some reason it just isn't fucking working and at the time I did not have the energy to go back to the start and try again)

I decide I have the energy today

I go back to the start, reinstall Jest, try again

I am still getting an error message that does not match up with anything in my course, does not match up with anything in the Jest.io documentation/troubleshooting guide, and that no-one in the course discord appears able to help me with

I realise I've been trying to fix this for three fucking hours

I resist the urge to put my fist through my screen

I remember I have not taken my mood-stablising meds today due to forgetting them at my partners

I close the course

I boot up Windrose.

why is figuring out a scrolling text section so hard without using the marquee tag… (context: marquee is retired as an html thing, there’s some CSS solutions but they’re not perfect, and the JS file i found, i have no idea how to initialize)
