as THE c!wilbur analyst and wiki person, would u have any tips on how to write him, whether in general or specifically?

Haha, THE? I don't usually write, only doing so rarely, but I usually have a few things to bear in mind.

- Wilbur lies about his feelings. A LOT. If he's feeling something vaguely negative, he won't be honest about it. Trust me. His actions should be more revealing than his speech, because he is worse at hiding his physical response to things (re: crying in Paradise).

- Pogtopia's arc is filled with a lot of reminders of doom and gloom, because c!Wilbur knew very well most of his actions would be for nought in the end. This plays heavily into his characterisation as a whole.

- L'Manberg Wilbur can easily be written as a young dad friend while around others, albeit a bit more stressed. I know most don't write him (a shame!) but it's still fun to note. Don't forget the actual depressive behaviour while alone!

- To me, he always feels like he's one bad day away from just breaking down into dust. He's quite volatile - not in the violent way, but in a spiritual way - as if he has not learned how to settle.
