I felt my phone slipping from my hand so naturally I slapped it across the room whilst trying to catch it...whoops😅🙃

I went over on my right ankle yesterday and sprained it while I was walking Bonnie. This happened to me 17 years ago when Poppy was a pup except it was my left ankle that time and I tore it up quite badly as I bent it both ways. I could hardly walk on it and even putting my bed covers on it was agony, I was off my feet for over a week and it took a very long time for it to get better, it still isn't 100% and never will be. This time is not as bad and I can at least walk on it and I don't feel any pain unless I move it a certain way, unlike last time, and it's a bit swollen so all things considered I got lucky.

So yeah, I'm so fucking clumsy it's unreal!

Btw, I tried to jump over a flowerbed today. I made it, but leg buckled and I also faceplanted into the ground immediately after. Haven’t done that in awhile...

Thankfully it was in grass, so I’m fine. 

My whole family saw it though, so my ego is not.......

My least favourite part of Christmas Day was falling on the icy street in Forfar and bashing up my knee (which has only just recovered from another accident in October) 🙃
