I can now proudly say I passed all my diploma exams !!! My official profession is artist !!! ...sounds so weird cuz I never considered myself an artist...since it sounds so... highly...but here I am...crazy

Took a look at food lists of high and low histamine foods. You're telling me all the vegetables i've never liked are high in histamine and the vegetables i do like are all low?? And the same for fruits? So many foods i theoretically like the taste of but never feel like eating. And all of them are high in histamine. Every single one. I am so lucky i was raised in a household that didn't believe in eating things you don't like. Finding out that preservatives are high in histamine... I've felt like such a food snob when i dislike most kinds of ready made food. I've always had more issues when i was in the hospital and it always got blamed on stress but at home i've always eaten freshly cooked food and hospital food contains a lot more preservatives. In the last couple months my (suspected mcas) health bullshit has gotten a lot worse. Coincidentally i haven't been enjoying eating any chocolate for the same amount of months. Which is a high histamine food. Fucks sake i should have tried looking this up earlier this explains so much...
