she's a red dragon hybrid. this isn't a matter of human race. she ain't human.

her pallet is literally the color of Dragon Scales with added oxidation from the iron deposited there.

as you can see, reds and golds make up her color, there's no reason for me to try to be accurate to any kind of human skin tone:
