ehem, may I present my Jazz as Iaconus Au? Oh well I will anyway. So, basis of this design(as I change the designs for every slight variation of au, plus wanted to mess with his design some more) this is the forced au. Basics are, Jazz is determined to be too much of a threat by the decepticons, so the next time he was in their cells, they took him to shockwave. Shockwave built him a new frame, and shadowplayed him. He’s Iaconus until Superion is able to corner the Cityformer. Iaconus/Jazz transformers into a base or ship because the decepticons need to have SOME other use for him other than battles. When Superion corners Iaconus, they use a slug or something or just talk until Superion is able to break through the ShadowPlay enough that Jazz is able to remember some bits of life as Jazz. (Don’t ask me how Jazz’s spark is able to power Iaconus’s frame. I do like the idea of him getting a spark condition because of it though. Constant strain on his spark, not enough to kill him but enough that if or when he is transferred back to a smaller frame(which will not be his original frame if it does happen, because shockwave did something with it, i don’t know what though. Probably some screwed up experiment- or wait. What if the autobots think Jazz is dead?)
…so before they knew, everyone thought Jazz was dead. Prowl is incredibly sad because his boyfriend was dead, and finds out from blaster or something that Jazz was planning to propose to conjuex when he got back from his mission. Eventually they find out he’s not dead but is instead the titan that has been beating their afts every battle. (Wait… what if Jazz wasnt shadowplayed but compliancy coding or loyalty coding????? Like he was TRYING to talk to them to get their attention but the coding wouldn’t let him? … in this situation then the talk doesn’t happen but Jazz is finding loopholes to not share info and keep the autobots as safe as he can. He rations to the coding that talking to them is needed for information. Iaconus’s hand shakes)
They suspect that it’s either ShadowPlay or loyalty coding. Depending on which it is, if it’s Loyalty coding his frame will shake more, but if it’s ShadowPlay he truely believes he’s Iaconus.
Iaconus shakes which is bearly noticeable but it’s because of the stain on his spark. Shockwave probably found a way to make his spark much much larger so that not only can he not go back to a smaller frame without dying but also it works better. But his spark is still strained because the frame’s weapons are powerful or something.
In the end, Jazz has to save prowl or something and so he breaks the coding or soemthing. Or the coding is broken for him. But prowl in the end is the one who convinces Iaconus to fight with the autobots or something.
Will probably redraw all those on digital but, eh.
